About Mr. Betz

Hello! My name is Mr. Chuck Betz and I am thrilled to be your Geometry teacher. This is my 2nd year teaching with California Virtual Academies. I have been involved in online education as a student, employee, and teacher for over 7 years now and cannot tell you how much fun it is. When I am not in front of the computer doing school work (which my family says isn't much), I enjoy hanging out with my wife and daughter, taking my 2 dogs out for walks in the beautiful Southern California weather, playing guitar, or working on my yard. In addition to music, I like to snowboard, golf, go to the beach, and root for my favorite NFL team the San Diego Chargers! That last one is a family activity as you can tell by my photo.
